Healing Circles (Flagship Programme)

Purpose:

A faith-based emotional and mental wellness programme that provides safe, guided spaces for single working mothers to heal, regain strength, and restore their sense of identity and purpose.

Programme Overview:

Healing Circles are safe, confidential, faith-based spaces where women are guided through emotional healing, identity restoration, and resilience building. The programme recognises that unresolved trauma, burnout, and emotional exhaustion often undermine a woman’s ability to parent, lead, and function fully in society.

What the Healing Circles Offer:

  • Guided group sessions facilitated by trained professionals and faith leaders
  • Trauma-informed emotional healing
  • Faith-based counselling and prayer
  • Identity and purpose restoration
  • Peer support and accountability

Delivery Model:

  • Small group sessions (in-person and virtual)
  • Partnered facilitators (counsellors, coaches, pastors)
  • Short-term cycles (6 weeks per cohort)

Outcomes:

  • Improved emotional wellbeing
  • Increased confidence and decision-making capacity
  • Stronger parenting and family stability
  • Women restored to function, not just survival
